We have a 7-day return policy. Please request your return within 7 days after receiving your item. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Approved returns will receive a credit on account for future online or in-store product purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. It is our goal to ensure you are happy with your products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized products.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
